10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and browser storage in the following categories:

Essential Storage

  • Cookie consent preference: Stores your accept or decline decision for analytics cookies. This is stored in your browser's local storage and persists until you clear it. No personal data is stored in this preference.

Analytics Cookies (requires your consent)

  • Google Analytics 4: If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets cookies (including _ga and _ga_*) to help us understand how visitors use our site. These cookies collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and referral source. Google Analytics cookies expire after up to 2 years. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

When you first visit our site, a cookie banner asks for your consent before any analytics cookies are set. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and no usage data is shared with Google. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's storage for this site, which will prompt the cookie banner to appear again on your next visit.

We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking cookies, or any other non-essential cookies beyond the analytics described above.

11. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following service providers to operate our website and services:

  • Hosting and infrastructure: Microsoft Azure (EU region). Our website, database, and file storage are hosted within European data centers.
  • Email delivery: Resend (US-based). Used to send transactional emails such as contact form notifications. Resend processes email addresses and message content on our behalf.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (see Section 10). Only activated after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner.

For service providers based outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where the provider is certified) and Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
